Heading to The Jack

Well, not really. But one of my traveling flat Richard cardboard cut outs is heading there to party with everyone. A friend who is on team Hold Your Horses BBQ, asked me to get one to her and she would make sure flat Richard has a good time partying with everyone at the Jack Daniels World Championship Invitational BBQ

I have a few of these that get shipped around occasionally, so funny sometimes seeing it.

Wow! All that gear is stunning. Is that their home base or is that what they are setting up at the competition site?

I had to google the rodizio and of course am now thinking about how I could use one.

This is just her gear for catering, so home base. I’m not sure which she is taking with her. Can you imagine all of this, yet you are invited to run the desert side, because, she is also an incredibly talented baker - pastry artist, not just a pit master, and an incredible chef.

They’re pretty cheap, depending on, some where likely between 25 - $40,000 but in the scheme of things, my chair is about 30,000 and only has wheels, lol
