          Sure! Springer Mountain Farms whole chickens were available at the local grocer. Limit 3 -- I got 3 chickens about the same size. I cut the backbone out of 2 birds, then removed the keel bone, giving me 4 half chickens the same size. Pierce the skin above the fatty patches. Pack each halved bird in a gallon zip lock. About 2 hours before cooking, I salted the breast meat and the thigh meat under the skin with sea salt. Season liberally with Plowboys Yardbird seasoning. Prop a toothpick..

          under the wing tip to lift it off of the breast. Crank up Trek with Contest Mix pellets. 2 half chickens on a screen in a pan on the cooker at 325 at 10 am. Rotate about every 30 minutes and give it a quick spray with water. Lift gently at the bottom so stickage is at a minimum. I use a fish turner. Last 15 minutes, brush generously with Blues Hog original. Let set in the cooker. Put it in the box, turn in.
