I have sampled the food at a number of Eggfest, but this year I decided to cook in the North Texas Eggfest. There were twenty teams cooking and I am blown away that we tied for 4th. My wife, granddaughter and I were complete the novices in this event. Our food was ugly, but I think our creativity and taste helped. The dessert nachos were a real hit with those who stopped by to sample. Here are some pics.

I of course love smoked meats of all kinds, but also like quick cooks like chicken portions, pork tenderloins, steak and fish. Really into cooking of all kinds.
My outdoor kitchen has a Lone Star Grillz Adjustable and it is wonderful. There also is a Pit Boss 5 Burner Ultimate Griddle and a Pit Boss Copperhead pellet grill.
There is an outdoor fire pit that has grilling capability and limited Santa Maria-style grill raising and lowering.
