    Louisville area BBQ Boot Camp & KCBS Judge Class

    Hi Folks

    I have a bbq business near me (Louisville area) called "Charcoal and More" that holds some classes each year. I see that this spring they have a BBQ Boot Camp and a KCBS Judges Class and I'm planning to attend both of them.

    From what I understand they bring in Chris Marks of Three Little Pigs BBQ team to lead the BBQ Boot Camp. Has anyone here ever been to a Chris Marks class and if so what did you think of it?

    Chris is a very knowledgeable cook. Missed his class in Little Rock some years back. I've gotten some tips from him in the past and he does know BBQ.

    Hondo, I am in KY over by Paducah and I would be interested in something like that. Do you have any more info or maybe a link? If not I can always Google it.
