Great looking ribs. How are you going to turn anything in that looks that tasty? I always thought that if I competed the judges would mark me down for having a bite taken out of all of the ribs in the box. However, I don't know how I would do it any other way.

texastweeter The ribs are spare ribs that I cut down to a St. Louis slab. Thanks for all the compliments! These ended up thanking six hours at 225. Best ribs I have done yet, I just hope they turn out this good at the competition.
