    Busy Fall Schedule!

Labor Day is my last weekend off for a while. Upcoming competitions are:

    Cookeville, TN September 8-9
    Batesville, AR September 15-16
    Fayetteville, AR September 22-23
    Bryant, AR September 29-30
    Sheridan, AR October 6-7

These are all KCBS. There's an unsanctioned contest October 20-21 right up from the house. Then pushing pellets at The Jack October 27-28.

There's a BCA contest in Delight, AR on November 3-4 that's the final Arkansas contest for the year. The Diamond Cup awards will be then.

Week after that is World Food Championship in Orange Beach, AL. If I stay in the top 10 of lady cooks, I'll get invited there.

Marksville, LA has a fine IBCA contest at a casino on November 17-18.

If you're in the area, please come see me!

That is very busy! My fall schedule is typically much more relaxed..

    - Most Saturdays- Trail run in the AM (until we get snow), watch college football, drink a fine beer/grill something and eat (and throw some fall yard cleanup on a few weekends)
    - Most Sundays- Church, watch ADD's NFL Red Zone (like having the world's best remote control!), volunteer in High School ministry.

I think yours are much more productive and probably tasty! When you come to Colorado, would love to stop by.

Wow! Good Luck. I won't be getting down south until at least Thanksgiving, so I'll miss the contests, but I do have the green light for the Memphis Meatup if I can get the vacation scheduled!

That's one hell of a busy schedule. I would need a fitness coach to get me through that.
Good luck. We're all routing for you.

That's will keep your plate full CandySue. My fall schedule is:
            relax
Cook when I feel like it
            Repeat if necessary.

No, I think that's the same weekend as Marksville.

Wow your a Buisy Girl! I have family in Fayetteville. We were actually looking at going down for Bike week. Clyde was going to hook us up with a real nice spot for my dad's motorcycle trailor. PC I think was chicken quarters. We decided to instead go to Arizona. Loot n Booty rib and chicken class is same weekend. Don't know a better way to learn those 2 categories without Sterling. 1st place chicken a couple years ago at American Royal Open and 2nd place Ribs this year at open. Class was VERY REASONABLY priced. $250.00 for my dad n I. Best of luck this month darlin'.
