I won first place in the Tomato entries last weekend in Dillard, GA!
It was pretty tasty considering it was a mix of two recipes and I forgot a key ingredient.

Puff Pastry Tomato Tart
2 sheets puff pastry, thawed, put on frog mat cooking surface. Brush with beaten egg then poke the center section with a fork. Spread a generous amount of shredded Monterrey Jack cheese. Cook in smoker until golden brown. Place thinly sliced salted tomatoes on the top. Spread more cheese over the top of the tomatoes. Back in the smoker to get the cheese melty. Serve with basil leaves cut up that fancy French way.
