so after living with an electric smoker and getting decent results, I stepped up my game with a Primo XL. Accessories include the firebox divider, one extended rack, a chicken stand thing, and a grill grate cleaning tool (part of a promotion along with a bag of charcoal). I bought the grill lifting tool, ceramic feet, ash tool, drip pan racks with heat plates, and a cybercue. So now all that is left to do is wait. This weekend I can start on the table project.

Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.
