Good morning! What is the best place to get Primo parts? I am looking for a lids gasket and thermometer.

The gaskets you can get anywhere, I think I got mine for a BGE on Amazon by searching for “kamado gasket”. It comes in a roll. I’ve used it for the BGE, and also to seal my Weber Kettle. Clean surface, apply gasket, done.

They used to come bare, without adhesive, but the last couple I’ve bought have come with the adhesive already on, and you just peel off the tape.

I bought a new lid a few months ago. It specifies putting 2 layers of gasket around the horn. It fit nice until last week it got loose and fell of when I opened the lid… the old lid had a screw …should I risk drilling for a new screw through the lid and chimney horn?

Their website. Or if you have a dealer nearby. Years ago, after melting several gaskets I found a “high heat gasket” on line. Don’t remember where, sorry. I highly recommend you find one. Mine’s lasted over 5 years.
