If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.

Jim, I do not. I just have one for my Blaze and another for my Weber Spirit at the cabin. I used to be pretty tempted to get a spinner for charcoal but for now that urge has subsided.
Here's some shots from the pork shoulder roast I did on the rotisserie last weekend. Pulled it at 195 and rested. Sorry no pics of the chopped pork sandwiches, but they were delicious!
