I hope they honor this as a warranty claim item for you Dave!
I was looking at new flavorizer bars and a warming rack for my Weber Genesis II E-410, as I figured those were out of warranty after 6+ years, but then on a whim, pulled out the manual, and found no parts excluded from that model's 10 year warranty. One email was all it took to get $150+ worth of parts on the way from Weber to me! And they upgraded me from porcelain to stainless on the flavorizer bars to boot. I am hoping this doesn't change with all the reorgs and now mergers that Weber has gone through.
