Ok, I'm now a Kamado Joe evangelist. Just got this email from them this morning:

"Thank you for providing that information, a warranty order has been placed for Big Joe Dome, order number 530179. Please allow 7-14 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once it ships, you will receive the tracking number and an estimated delivery date to your email."

I couldn't be happier.

That’s great Dave! I love it when we see companies like this take care of their customers. Far too often, just the opposite happens.

I have a Hasty Bake that I won right here on Amazing Ribs ! Also have a pellet grill but the HB is the best for daytime BBQ. Like my Thermoworks chef alarm and heat resistant gloves.
