        My two big beefy son's came over after they had been at the gym lifting weights for an hour and a half and lifted it up into the cart. It was NOT easy (for them.)

        Oh no, I didn't move anything with that hand truck. Once it arrived I realized it would crush that little hand truck so we unloaded all the components, but the rolling stand together, and my boys lifted it up into the stand. From there we rolled it back to the cabana where it now lives.

        Bro, you hit the nail on the head. The day after I ordered it I had a really great cook in the PBC and thought, "I'm going to cancel that order cause my PBC, griddle, and kettle are all I need." I woke up in the morning to a text saying "Your oder has shipped." I'm really glad.

        Since it needs no seasoning I’m thinking you are putting it to use today. My biggest advice is to undershoot temps for long cooks at first. It will climb to where you want but it is so efficient, it is difficult to get back down. You will learn your venting settings with practice. I think you are going to love it.
