I stopped by the Pensacola EggFest today that was held in a baseball stadium. I had a few samples from the 47 or so areas (I didn't get to all of them). Alligator sausage, pizza and pulled pork tacos were very good. Actually everything I ate was delicious. I snapped a few photos and they are below. There were 80+ eggs and one of the photos shows all of them where they were assembled. Had I not been under the weather I would have loved to stayed longer.
Here's a blurb from them: We harness the love of BBQ and camaraderie of cooking to raise money for well deserving charities. In 2017 our primary charity is Rally Pensacola, a foundation that provides financial assistance to families who have a child that is battling cancer. We’ll also support Manna Food Pantry, Hungry for a Day, Operation BBQ Relief and World Missions Outreach. Our motto is #GoodFood: food that tastes good and does good in our community.
