I have a Lodge CI 15", but it has handles that make it 19.5"
I see a plancha at Scheels for $85 dual sided for Big Green Egg.
They also have half rounds. Smooth and ribbed.
What are your max width measurements? Not familiar BGE.

A lodge 14” cast iron pizza cooker fits my classic Kamado Joe 18” cooker. I’ve used it for a griddle several times for burgers and sausage patties, it does just fine. It sucks as a pizza stone, the bottom burns every time.
I had a little griddle for my BGE, it does fit well but it's very difficult to control the temperature, I ended up closing the lid whenever possible, but I stopped using it because it was not like using a flat top. Let me know if you find a way to keep the surface temp below 450.
