MCS has struck and it struck hard. I've been eyeing up the WSM for a few months now, and finally pulled the trigger last week. I broke it in over the weekend with baby backs. I've already installed an upgraded thermometer and have a lid hinge on the way. I have serveral other upgrades planned down the line. My wife has nicknamed it Oscar the Grouch, because it reminds her of a garbage can. Oscar it is then.

I've had mine for just a few weeks, but I know it is a rib cooking machine. Still learning its full capabilities, and I have a brisket ready to go in a few days.
