    We’re headed to Death Valley next weekend in the RV. We will be hosting a dinner for 12 people on St Paddy’s day. I carry a small pellet cooker, a Weber Jumbo Joe, a camp chef

    I just bought a couple uncooked corned beef roasts. I am going to turn one into pastrami (first attempt).
