The lid handle on my WSM fell off on the second cook. The good folks at Weber sent me a whole new lid with no hassle what so ever. Here's some pics of the unboxing.

Removed the thermometer and plastic handle pieces from the old lid and put 'em on the new one and R2D2 is smoking again!
But wait there's more!
Another box from Weber showed up the next day free of charge. No explanation in the box. Maybe because I told them I was a Weber customer for years they just sent it to me for my trouble. Or maybe they it sent in error. In any event here it is!
