I'm kinda torn; I know full good n' well that CB makes a helluva door replacement, but...I really, really am partial t' th' patina that Time puts on things. I see it as a badge of achievement, not to be polished away by some dang fool who wants summat fer their museum...

Spinaker I do, in my CI... nothin' rusty here will touch or affect my cooks/products, so I'm good for now, 's long as it don't leak powerful bad. Y'all 've seen my '84 'Bourbon, right? #Funky Col' Patina!! ;-)

Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.
For the novitiates here, there are some subtle signs that MCS is creepin' inta yer life... Some folks might view this as one...

Oh, Brother, already have Contingency Plans in place, in case actual full blown symptomatic MCS had not broken out, since my OP in JAN17;
