For Father's Day both my sons helped with my new toy. We picked up the OJ Bronco this morning and we are doing our burn in. No leaks from the smoker. I can't wait to smoke something tomorrow. Here it is next to my much beloved Weber MT Kettle.
Thank y'all again for your expert advice. I was not even thinking about the Bronco until I made the post. My oldest now wants one instead of a COS.It will go with his Performer and Blackstone.
A reverse sear Tri Tip is scheduled for the Weber and SnS tonight.
This will become your go to smoker! It cooked up 2nd place ribs for me at a kcbs contest and missed first by 1.200 of a point. I hang mine with the deflector plate in. You made an awesome choice!
