Wsm space hack

Saw a picture of this awhile back and tried it yesterday, worked out great! Took the bottom grate of the wsm and flipped it upside down

That’s a great idea. I’ll use it the next time I make jerky.

I don’t know why, but I bought a set of Killa Grills for the WSM when I bought a set for my Performer. I really didn’t need them, but figured what the heck because the purchase put me over the cart total for free shipping. 😂

This hack will keep me from hanging them between the racks with toothpicks. What a timesaver!
