Doing both in the PBC Friday for a small get-together. Has anyone cooked them at the same time? Just looking for a ball park estimate on how long I should wait to put the baby backs on. 6 racks total, all but one rack in the 4 to 4.5 lb range. 1 Rack of BB's at 5.5 lbs. Thanks!
the baby backs are meatier than the SLC? thats a big rack of ribs! i find about 1.5 hr difference avg between SLC and BB on the PBC because of the toughness of the meat but i like my ribs with a little more crunch to them than most people do.
