Sanity Check

I may need a twelve step group or something. I'm on vacation for a week. We rented a condo on a lake. I smuggled the PBC upstairs into the unit and put it on the balcony where the provided Weber Grill was sitting. The poor Weber is going to feel neglected.

Ah ok - when i read it i thought i could check my sanity here....hmm - twelve step group or some kinda rehab would be nice... I also have certain obsessions with bbq'ing but your 'smuggle' ? I dunno can't really help you. I'll see myself out....

I suggested bringing my PBC up with me to my aunt's place up at the beach the last time she let us use the place... I got the proverbial "are you absolutely out of you're cotton pickin' mind" look from my wife.... oh well.

I know this might not be a popular view around here, but, vacations are for letting others cook for you. At least that is my theory, a good brew pub, and or a great barbecue place makes total sense to me!

You have a point there but for me it's something I enjoy and I get to cook food I that I like and it comes out better than most restaurants can dream about serving.
