      I did. The pork was in the faux cambro way longer than I wanted it to be, but was very tasty when we did finally get to dig into it!

      This was a fun topic to read. I'm not big on overnight cooks because leaving an unattended firebreathing anything on the deck in a house surrounded by forest is a risk, but I sure like seeing others do them. Since I'm a chronic insomniac, I don't mind firing up the PBC at 3am.

        fzxdoc I was really worried about not being present and checked on it several times the first few overnight cooks. I always have the PBC on a cement slab with clear perimeter and use a thermometer (Smoke) with high/low alarm parameters. I would worry more about doing it on a wood deck.
