Maximum Capacity of the PBC?

What is the most you have packed into the PBC for a single cook?

I've read about Jerod Broussard cooking five briskets at once... did you ever get six on there Jerod?

I read on another forum about a guy that cooked 12 racks of ribs at once... anyone here done this?

The most I've put on is 2 butts with 4 chicken halves...

How many butts can you fit? Anyone cooking more than 4 at a time?

Just curious about how to cook the most when needed...

Be hard to fit 4 good size butts. Unless you hung them things vertically like a brisket. Ooooooooooooooh, I need to try that. I will be cooking for 60 or so in June.

I never got my rebar welded. I don't see any 6+ brisket cooks in the near future, so no big deal on that. I was working that out mentally today.

You can hang 4 butts but they will be close and only on 2 hooks, the big problem is when you take them to the grate. That and 4 pork butts drop a LOT of moisture so keeping the fire going well is a challenge. 12 racks of ribs I can see. Most I've done is about 30 pounds total but that meat was all very friendly.
