    PBJ Brisket

    Anyone smoke a packer in the PBJ? Am looking forward to hearing about anyone's experience. I have a full size PBC and am thinking of the junior for times I want to cook 2 briskets. Is there room to finish the cook on the grate after hanging?

    Peanut Butter and Jelly on brisket? Not sure about that one! 😁

    If your are taking about the Pit Barrel Cooker (PBC), them, yes, many people have had very good success cooking brisket on the PBC. Jerod Broussard comes to mind immediately

    I know this doesn't answer your question (I don't have a PBJ to know), but can you not fit 2 packers in the regular PBC?

      I haven't tried it. One fills it up pretty well.

      Thomassen you should be able to fit 2 in. I don't mean to diminish your zeal for buying a 2nd cooker though
