I made pulled pork for my daughter's family and friends who helped her set up new furniture for her and her family. I always use Berkshire heritage pork shoulder and up until today, have always used boneless. I needed an 8-9 pounder today and the butcher did not have a boneless that size. I went with an untrimmed bone-in shoulder weighing 8.75 pounds. I prepared it as always, but for some reason it was the most flavorful pulled pork I've made in my PBC. Happy campers all around.
