    PBC Brisket a success (so were the ribs)

    On my 3rd cook with the PBC I did a brisket to take out to some friends place as a side dish. 15 people and a large menu. My brisket was the big hit. Thanks to everyone here. Special shout out to fzxdoc for all her help. Used her lighting process as well as her advice on when to wrap as well as when to take the wrap off. Worked like a charm.

    I also did some ribs and they were fantastic.

    Only issue I'm having now is to get a little more stable lighting. I'll do a separate post for that. Here are my pics:
