I have the skewers and I love using them. They are great for pork belly bites, steak and chops.

When I had my PBC, I had the turkey hanger. It worked just fine, but I actually preferred to spatchcock.

The turkey hangers and other accessories occasionally are on backorder, so grab them while you can. My first PBC turkey came out great last Thanksgiving.

I have not one but two sets of skewers. For some reason, I've only used them once. I need to do something about that.

I don’t have the skewers. Love the turkey hanger. Did a few turkeys on hooks before it came out. Much prefer the hanger.

I have hangers and really like how easy it is to do shish ka bobs. I am thinking it will work for wings

The turkey hanger works well and easy to use. I have the skewers also, but so far have only used them once - to smoke a chunk of my first homemade bacon. I like the skewers because they give me more options to hang certain cuts and much less chance of the meat falling into the coals.

I got the skewers for Christmas and have only used them once, for pork belly bites. They worked great.
