How many brisket?

I love the cooking capacity of the PBC. Am curious as to how many briskets folks have smoked at a time?

5, takes some doin'. 4 is a better max with double layer rotation on grates with 2 on each grate since I come off the hooks about 5.5 hours in.

My max so far is two, and I had to finish in a 275° oven after wrapping due to crowding.

Yea 2 for me as well. My pellet cooker will hold 5 maybe 6 but no one to cook that many for

Have done up to 6 pork butts for a big party, does that count ???

I have a Pitts and Spitts 24x36, it's a converted stick burner that has a pellet hopper and PID controller attached.
