Took the PBC on a road trip

After a stressful fall the family decided to go to the Outer Banks for Christmas week...of course I couldn't leave my PBC home...the kettle and OKJ Bandera can keep each other company at home...

Everything all loaded up...

PBC is one of the first things I load when I move the camper from it's usual home base. Between that and my Blackstone griddle there's little I cant cook when on the move.
