Happy Thanksgiving all. I’m new to the club but thought I’d share my attempt at a turkey earlier today for my on call ambulance crew. I’m a novice when it comes to cooking a turkey. They crew said they all really liked it though. Lucky us, we were able to get through our meal without any 911 calls! This is almost unheard of in my line of work! Again, hope everyone’s day was great!
