Yes, Turkey (chicken) hanger, sausage, hot dog, brat hangers, the sausage hangers work fine , I recommnd searing brats over a hot coal fire for the best profile, ash pan, hinged grate, custom fit cover.

Just got 15" and 10" skewers in. Still in the pack, too busy smoking pectoral muscles.

Ash pan, skewers, veggie basket, hinged grate and corn hanger. I would not recommend the veggie basket. The lid can come undone super easy if you are not careful. I think the corn hanger is designed for husked corn. I prefer to cook in the husk and it is a tight squeeze with the husk on. The middle two ears slide in and out freely while the top and bottom ones are gripped tightly. The skewers are awesome.

I got the ash pan, hinged grate and cover. Thought about the turkey hanger but held off so far. Been spatchcocking my turkeys the past few years in the oven and may continue that on the PBC but haven’t decided yet

I have the hinged grate, the turkey hanger, the ash pan, and the coffee mug that looks like a PBC. I recommend them all (especially the coffee mug, I like it a lot) except the ash pan. I’ve had grease run under it so many times I now continue to put foil down on the bottom under the ash catcher so what’s the point of it really. I don’t feel it has helped in any way. Just my two cents.

Extra hooks. I double or triple hook ribs because I don’t want to lose them.

I used to always spatchcock chickens on my other setups, but with the PBC turkey hangers it’s so easy to just drop them in and results are similar.

Ash pan, cover and turkey hanger. All work great! Also have the "executive" hook grabbers, which are really nicely done!

I have the skewers, but haven't used them yet...
