My daughter graduated high school Thursday. When we asked her about the party I started talking to her about bringing in catering. She looked at me and said, "Why would we order food when you can cook better than any restaurant?" I love cooking for others and this just broke my heart a little bit. In a good way.
So I smoked 6 racks of St. Louis ribs, a pork butt for some pulled pork, grilled up a bunch of Aidell’s chicken and apple sausage as well as slaw, mashed potatoes, and queso.
I didn’t get many pics, the food went very fast. It was a great cook but more importantly it was a great celebration. Cooking for those you love is the best.
