ID:	504623 Today I cooked a pre-marinated 3.02 Lbs. Choice Tri-Tip from Costco. I cooked it to 135 degrees.
    The Pit Barrel Junior ran a little hotter than usual because I accidentally left the lid partially open during the beginning of the cook. In regard to fuel, I used Stubbs briquettes. I apologize for not taking any pictures. By the time I thought about it, it was gone!

    Sweet. I need to get off my rear-end and get a data logger so I can graph my cooks. Beats taking notes.

      Nah, I'll keep logging in my spreadsheet. With the PBC that's about the only thing that keeps me involved in the cook! lol
