The Pit Barrel Junior ran a little hotter than usual because I accidentally left the lid partially open during the beginning of the cook. In regard to fuel, I used Stubbs briquettes. I apologize for not taking any pictures. By the time I thought about it, it was gone!

3 Lbs Choice PBJ Tri-Tip
Today I cooked a pre-marinated 3.02 Lbs. Choice Tri-Tip from Costco. I cooked it to 135 degrees.
