Just thought I would share my first STLC rib cook on the PBC. I attribute the success to all you fine folks on this site. Especially you fzxdoc

Great first cook! The PBC dominates the rib game. It might put out my favorite ribs. That or the KBQ. Still torn on that one.

Spinaker. You are so right. Every time I do ribs now the big decision isn’t rub, time, temp it’s PBC or KBQ. They both rock the rib world

So who's Jenny, and does she often let you put ribs on her for 10 minutes at a time? Do they warm up quicker that way? Inquiring minds want to know!

We have a podcast called Baseball and BBQ. This episode features an interview with Pit Barrel Cookers founder, Noah Glanville. Please listen and enjoy.

That cook was pretty doggone perfect, Rod . Those ribs are beautiful. I like the way you've routed your thermometer.

Too bad there's not a line on your graph to chart the amount of fun you're having, cooking on your PBC.
