Rib roast for dinner last night, roast beef sandwiches for lunch today. Score! Brioche roll toasted on the grill with mayo, not butter, roast beef with creamed horse radish and Sweet Baby Ray's bar-b-q sauce. I lived on the North Shore area north of Boston for 10 years. My favorite fast food places were all roast beef sandwich places. They served little else: Bill and Bob's, Kelly's on Revere Beach, and Nick's in North Beverly. Dinner last night was great, this was like eating a memory.

That's not fair! We have been doing leftovers as well. The ham ended up in a lentil soup and the turkey is now in a soup of its own. What I'd give for a slab o beef! LoL! Just kidding.
