Hi everybody, I am new to everything Bar B Que and smoking so always Learnin' and will more than likely ask some beginner type questions. Patience please.
My first large grill is the Pit Boss wood pellet 700D (only because it was $249 on Black Friday).
As a new member to this site, I see a plethora of really great grills are being utilized where I was completely oblivious of their prior existence.
Thermometers = Thermopen's Mk4 and their 'Smoke'
Favorite Beer = pre-prohibition Classic American Pilsner

too often so far this winter...
I'm in Michigan, not much different than where you're at (a tiny bit warmer). Humidity burns up your briqs faster than anything, keep it out of the direct wind if possible, and get that Smoke set up so you can track the sweet spot temp-wise! Good luck, and have fun!
