I'm doing my first Thanksgiving turkey on the PBC this year and am trying to figure out the timing. I have a 20 lb. bird and am aiming for dinner around 6. I'm thinking 5 and a halfish hours? Am I in the ballpark or do I need to adjust my timing? Any information that anyone can provide is greatly appreciated.
