They definitely were. I'm not a big fan of beef burnt ends, but these were fantastic and will definitely be getting made again.

And finally, pulled pork. Did a 5 pound butt, and I let it hang the whole way. It came out a bit dry, so think I will try crutching next time just to see how it comes out.

Thank you. I usually stick to beer while I'm cooking, but I definitely enough my bourbon after. Can't say I've ever been to Blues, I'll have to swing by there one of these days. Just have to do it on a night when the wife is out of town, since she doesn't particularly care for wings or beer.
