    PBC Brisket

    Hello All,
    Haven't posted in a while.
    Son was visiting this week and requested brisket.
    Fired up the PBC for this 8#'r.
    Brisket out of foil
    Wasn't much time for photos -- was grabbed pretty quickly
    A couple slices
    Came out great -- pulled a little late as was stuck at Dr appointment after wrapping.
    Pulled at 208 (7 hrs 35 mins) -- was still juicy and tender.

                            What did you end up having it with? If you end up having leftovers and want to mix it up a little - brisket stroganoff is fantastic!
