    PBC initial cooks

    So psyched to inbox and cook in my new PBC. It was raining so I cooked on my front porch vs my backyard. #redneckluv. Cooked baby backs using a simple rib rub from pork barrel bbq. I did sauce on the side. So simple and easy, came out great right out of the box. 2nd cook did chickens and used Weber beer can chicken rub on one and McCormick Tenn whiskey chicken rub on the other. Had to crack the lid a little to get heat up for crispy skin and worked out great. A great product.
