            my 1st cook in the PBC was 3 racks of baby backs however I got a bad bag of Blue and the fire went out way early and I couldn't get it to stay above 210?? However I have since got a hold of good bags of charcoal and done 2 very good cooks of ribs. The PBC has become my go to for Ribs! (So good one of the friends I gave some to has requested Ribs for his Birthday next month!)
