Yeee haaaa.....it's here!!!!!!

Well our shipment showed up this morning, including the PBC!!!! Would give it a test run today, but have some Char Sui baby backs marinating to grill in a couple hours!! Lot's of goodies in this shipment tho....several varieties of smoking chips and chunks, the Smoke & MK4 from Thermoworks (no more guessing on temps)!!! Oh and an Anova Culinary Sous Vide cooker (220V) and accessories. Oh man, were like kids at the toy store!!!

Hahaha.....the Subi was already part of the family....still waiting on the permanent plates tho. Waiting for anything to materialize in this country is just part of the culture, but ya just get used to it

I don't drink coffee but I absolutely love those mugs. I've only done one cook in mine so far and it ended up being a top-3 rib cook. Can't wait to see pics of your cooks in it - it's a great cooker! Congrats!
