What a great wife you have to surprise you with a PBC. Any spouse who gifts a PBC is right up there in my book! You sure put it to good use. Those ribs look wicked-good. Love the smoke ring.

It's a really cool cooker. Unfortunately, I've not had an opportunity to use it since that first cook.

The opportunity hasn't been there Spinaker. I had a whole chicken cook planned but it was during a period of biblical rain so I used the 14.5 WSM under the overhang of my garage.
