New PBC owner!

It is certainly a good place as any to start. There are a lot of ways to light your coal and it seems that a lot of us have our own individual preferences. One is not necessarily better that the other it really depends upon what works for you and you are comfortable with delivering consistent lighting. IMHOP

LOVE my PBC. I'm a noobie and this thing makes me look like a pro. I cooked tri-tip the other day.... it was DELICIOUS.

Just got home and unpacked her.

Note to anyone concerned about ordering one online. My wife and I, both employed more than full time and having three sons, buy A LOT online.

My hats off to Noah and his team at PBC and FedEx. This baby came all the way across the country and there wasn't a blemish on the huge box. The packing is incredible, this thing could have just been thrown out the back of a truck and the contents wouldn't have been scratched.

I have now invested the one minute to assemble her and have read everything that was in the box.

All ready for a first run tomorrow.
