After the two cooks, chicken and ribs, it is really nice to not have to consantly monitor the PBC like I did my COS. Although after I put the ribs on I stood there staring with my hands in my pocket wondering what to do. After awhile I went in the house and baked a chocolate cake to eat after the ribs.

Nice looking ribs! The PBC does give a guy some spare time during the cook....chocolate cake seems like a good way to pass the time!

Here you are. It's hard to see in the picture (chocolate on chocolate), but my view on cake is that it is only there to have some place to put the frosting.

Looks delish! The only thing I like better than chocolate (excluding meat) is more chocolate.
