Brewmaster - I do not but I looked some up online and if you get one and like it please give a review because they look really good. The recipes I saw were for a hot oven, baking in moisture. Are you planning to adapt to the BBQ?

I've done this marinade on beef and it was awesome.

I imagine that the sweet, salty and tangy flavour would go well with pork too. Let us know what you go with.
