Curious if anyone has experience with the total effective cook time in the PBC with one load of charcoal. I'm guessing 7 hours or so but suspect this will vary with lighting technique / resulting cook temps.

7-8 with KBB.
14-15 with Hardwood Briquettes such as B & B.
Both of the above running about 250 with plenty meat.
**Overloading the KBB will extend an hour or so and give me a solid 7-8 in less than ideal conditions, especially very humid weather.

What's the concensus on outdoor (ambient) temps affecting total cook time on a load of, say, KBB? I know the PBC doesn't care about wind, which is awesome for MI conditions, but has anyone in cold-temp areas noticed significantly different max times for a full charcoal load in the winter vs. spring/summer?
