    PBC cooking graphs.

    I have an ICelsius going. Didn't get it going until I was about 1 hour into the cook on some ribs.

    I will "attempt," (home dude here ain't too tech savvy) to post some graphs of my PBC cooks. Give lighting, ambient temp, meat thickness/weight, all that good stuff.

    That way folks can see approximate cooking times.

        I had hoped that I would have looked into this fact before buying a maverick digital thermo. I now have an inkling to purchase an ICelsius I like the abilities of the ICelsius. Live and learn I guess. When funds become available.

          Mine was a gift, so funds were not needed....thank goodness.

          My wife likes this techy stuff and has copious amounts of patience. I have ZERO, most times.

              Yeah, that looks much easier than looking at my Maverick every 15 minutes and making notes in an iPhone app.
